Terms & Policy Acknowledgment

  • I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions of Sea Pines Pottery. I confirm that all shipping information provided is accurate.

  • I understand that all pottery must be picked up within 15 days of completion.

  • I understand that all pottery is handmade, and minor imperfections are a natural part of its unique handmade charm.

  • I acknowledge that additional shipping insurance coverage of over $100 is available for an additional charge $8. I am responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information and payment before my shipment is processed.

  • Shipping Damage Acknowledgment:

    I understand that if my pottery arrives damaged, I must follow Sea Pines Pottery’s shipping instructions so an insurance claim can be filed with UPS on my behalf. I understand that reimbursement is subject to UPS’s insurance claim process and may take up to 4 weeks. I agree to promptly provide photos of the damaged pottery and packaging, as instructed by Sea Pines Pottery, so the claim can be filed on my behalf and reimbursement can be processed.
