• If canceled by host, deposit may be transferred to another event or painting visit (no refunds)

• Deposit is applied toward your final balance, which is due at the time of the event

Parties & events may be booked outside regular business hours

• Birthday child chooses the pieces guests will paint (up to $30 each). Number of choices depends on party size, with at least 8–10 styles available to keep the celebration fun and flowing smoothly.

Party pricing includes pottery up to $30 value per piece

Up to 4 non-artist adults from the birthday child’s family may stay (parents, grandparents, etc.)

• This helps keep activities focused on the children and the birthday celebration

Kids’ parties are typically drop-off only

• All painters must be included in the final party headcount for invoicing

Parents are welcome to paint as well, subject to staff availability

Other parents may return near the end of the celebration

Additional non-painting adults: $25 per person (space permitting)

Children needing extra assistance may have a caretaker/parent stay
