In consideration of my child(ren)’s participation in activities at Sea Pines Pottery LLC, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Sea Pines Pottery LLC, the property owner, the facility in which activities are held, and each of their respective owners, members, managers, instructors, employees, agents, landlords, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or liabilities for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising out of or related to participation in any program, party, camp, or studio activity, to the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the State of South Carolina.I authorize Sea Pines Pottery LLC staff to contact emergency services (911) and obtain emergency medical treatment for my child if I cannot be reached. I accept full financial responsibility for any medical care provided and agree to provide all relevant allergy and medical information.I understand that while reasonable cleaning and safety procedures are followed, exposure to communicable illnesses cannot be completely eliminated, and I voluntarily accept this risk.Sea Pines Pottery LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal belongings.Sea Pines Pottery LLC reserves the right to use photos or videos taken during camp programs and other studio activities for promotional purposes, including use on its website, social media, and printed materials.
